The Observation Materials provided on this page are designed to support instructors throughout the developmental classroom observation process. The materials include goal-specific Pre-Observation, Classroom Observation, Post-Observation, and Self-Reflection Forms, aligned with the Development Goals in the YUSFL Professional Development Framework. Each set of forms is intended to help instructors maintain a clear focus on their selected Development Goal and individual SMART Goal, gather relevant classroom evidence, engage in focused professional dialogue, and reflect on their own professional learning. These materials are developmental and non-evaluative and are not intended to assess or score overall teaching performance. Instructors should use the set of forms corresponding to the Development Goal they have selected for their individual professional development process.
