On Wednesday, March 12, 2025, our school hosted a traditional iftar dinner with the participation of our academic and administrative staff and their families. This warm and welcoming event strengthened the sense of unity and togetherness among our staff and their families, offering a shared experience of the spiritual atmosphere of Ramadan.
The event was met with great interest from the school administration, academic and administrative staff, and their families. Our school director, Asst. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Ali Uğur, delivered the opening speech, emphasizing the significance of such gatherings in fostering a spirit of togetherness and the importance of making them a tradition. In his speech, he stated, "Ramadan is a time of sharing and solidarity. We are delighted to share this beautiful atmosphere together with our families today."
After the iftar meal, participants engaged in conversations and enjoyed a pleasant time together. The program concluded in a warm and friendly atmosphere, highlighting the values of friendship and unity in line with the spirit of Ramadan.
As the School of Foreign Languages, we aim to continue our traditional iftar dinner gatherings in the coming years. We extend our sincere gratitude to all academic and administrative staff, their families, and everyone who contributed to the organization of this meaningful event.
